Kiro Credits for IHL Students: App Checklist

AWS announced in May 2026 that eligible Singapore learners across polytechnics, ITE colleges and universities will receive 1,000 complimentary Kiro credits. The same announcement says AWSome Lab will launch in July 2026 to connect student-developed AI solutions with real business problems.

For coding students, this is more than another AI-tool headline. It changes what a credible app-building assignment can look like: a clearer specification, working prototype, tests, documentation and a defensible engineering log.
