Start With What ACE Publishes

The ACE Wix site tells a prospective customer to email the deadline, word count, assignment details and other notes. That is a useful outline, but it does not by itself set out all order-specific terms relevant to a dispute.

Many ACE profile listings showed S$8.88 on the snapshot date, while listing ID 1250828755, titled around a “Registered SG Consultancy”, showed S$100. Its Wix process does not say that every order costs either figure; it says customers send their requirements and receive a quotation after ACE reviews the work. We therefore treat S$8.88 and S$100 as displayed listing prices and the later quotation as the proposed transaction price. The useful comparison is the all-in written fee.
